This is a really quick guide on how to download and install the new Fallen Ghosts DLC for Ghost Recon: Wildlands on your Xbox One.
I put this guide together this morning when I was struggling, and seeing as ‘it’s easy when you know how’ I thought this might help anybody else who can find their way around the Xbox guide… like me! 😉

- Go to the My games & apps app
- Scroll to Ghost Recon: Wildlands
- Press the menu button ☰ on your controller
- Select Manage game
- On the menu on the left, go to Ready to install where you should have at least one item
- You should see Ghost Recon® Wildlands – Fallen Ghost[sic] on the right
- Click Install all to kick it off
The item will then disappear. You can check the progress by going back up to Installed on the left-hand menu, then across to the right and all the way to the bottom you should have it installing! 👍🏼
When it’s done and you go back into Ghost Recon: Wildlands, you’ll probably be prompted to go back to the main menu to show the new content. When you do, Fallen Ghosts DLC should appear on the menu, but it might have a padlock icon. If so, don’t worry – just wait about 20 seconds and it should unlock and be available to play!
