This is practically in the middle of nowhere and there are only three cartel sicarios in the vicinity. They do have a very sweet ride you can boost though.
This is an good sniper scope with thin orange chevron vertical markers to provide some visual interest. It has an adjustable 4x and 5x zoom and has a clean design.
