To put it briefly, we get Lenny drunk at the saloon in Valentine. He’s returned from our west (back in West Elizabeth I think) to report that Micah’s been arrested for murder and will probably be hanged.
Dutch wants us to take Lenny into town and calm him down, so naturally we get blind drunk and have a pretty crazy night, culminating in ending up miles from Valentine without our horse. Seriously? We have run all the way back?
I suppose at least it helps boost our stamina.
