I’m heading to the north-east corner of the map to hunt the Legendary Moose as the sun comes up and the coloured light punches through the trees, this game does look amazing! Anyway, this big beast took three headshots from my rare rolling block rifle with a final one between the eyes to go down.
But it didn’t take too long, so it seems worthwhile exploring that waterfall and the wildlife up around here. There’s a fair bit of it, including a load of fish to catch and cook up.
I was kind of hoping for something behind the waterfall, but alas not. We find ourselves up at Willard’s Rest, which looks like a nice little house in the middle of nowhere, but there’s no way to get in. I can see with eagle eye that there’s stuff in the house, so unless it’s part of a side mission or stranger quest or something, I don’t know why it’s like that. Weird.
